When making sauces like béchamel sauce with white truffle, the dose to be respected is ľoz of the truffle flour for every 2.2lb of normal flour. When making fresh dough, ľoz of truffle flour should be used for every 1.1lb of normal flour. Whit it, each dish acquires authentic flavour of the white truffle.
Recommended dose: ľoz flavored flour + 2.2lb normal wheat flour for sauces and cheeses. ľoz + 1.1lb normal wheat flour for fresh dough. Ingredients: Wheat semolina, white truffle aroma (Tuber magnatum pico).
