We are specialists in shipping and in order to offer to our customer the best service we ship all our products in special boxes by Fedex at our discounted rates, We ship all orders containing perishable items (fresh and frozen truffles, frozen mushrooms) only by first, priority and priority overnight; and by International Priority to Canada. So if your order will include perishable or perishable and non-perishable items, will be shipped only by first priority, priority overnight  or international priority. If you place an order containing perishable items on Friday, will be shipped with Priority Saturday delivery.

To ensure that you receive all your products fresh, we ship perishable items in a  foam box with ice  packs. These boxes and packs are specifically designed to maintain full product freshness while in transit.

We strongly recommend  that  someone be available at the delivery address to sign for the package and refrigerate perishable items upon delivery.

We use Fedex also for non-perishable items,  you can choose different shipping methods: Fedex Ground, Fedex 2nd day , Fedex Priority Overnight, Fedex Standard Overnight, international economy.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday, order placed in weekend will be processed the next business day.

1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; Delivery is by the end of the business day 

Express 2 day (FedEx 2 day)
Delivery by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences). Check transit times.

Express Standard (Fedex Standard Overnight)
Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas. Check transit times.

Express Priority (FedEx Priority Overnight)
Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas. Check transit times.

First Priority.
Next-business-day delivery by 8.30 am to most of U.S. Addresses.

Express Priority Saturday delivery
Ships Friday , arrives Saturday after order is shipped, by noon, 1:30 p.m. or 4:30 p.m.  (Saturday Priority Service is not available in all areas)

International Priority
Next-business-day to most Canada addresses.

International economy
up to 5-7 days in most addresses in Canada.

We do not ship perishable items (fresh and frozen truffles, frozen mushrooms, butter, tortellini) outside USA and Canada. Our products may be subjected to customs import tax/fee when it enters your country. By buying internationally, you are considered an importer. Therefore it is your responsibility in case there is some import tax/fee to pay.
