The taste of Urbani's flash frozen porcini mushrooms is incredibly similar to that of the fresh product, thanks to the advanced technique of flash freezing carried out in our laboratories, which allows the fragrance of the product to remain intact as if they had been freshly picked.

You must take note that they should be used when slightly softened and not completely thawed, in order to cut them. The end of the thawing will take place during the cooking.
