Following the big success obtained from our first olive oil using the white truffle, we  wanted to add a new aspect to a product that is so essential for our gastronomical culture: the new aspect is the winter black truffle, the renowned Tuber melanosporum vitt, which gives this oil the peculiarity of a known and unmistakable fragrance.
